Summit Objectives:

Evaluate the progress since the establishment of the KAZA-TFCA.

Review the implementation of the 2016 MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) and the KAZA Treaty 2011.

Seek renewed commitment from leaders for regional co-operation and further development.


Theme and Issues:

Theme: "Leveraging KAZA's natural capital and cultural heritage resources as catalysts for inclusive socio-economic development of the eco-region."

Emphasis on managing wildlife resources to benefit local communities.

Ensuring KAZA becomes and remains the best- managed conservation area globally.
