India’s first modern river terminal, named Guwahati Gateway Terminal, has been constructed in Guwahati, Assam, located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River. The terminal was inaugurated by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

Environment Innovation – Earthshot Prize 2025
