IndiaGS does not own, publish, or claim ownership of any newspaper. All newspapers, mastheads, articles and images remain the exclusive property of their respective publishers. Any reference made available on this site is provided strictly for educational and current-affairs study purposes, on a transient, single-use basis, and is never indexed, searchable, or permanently hosted.
If you are a publisher or rights-holder and believe your content has been referenced improperly, we will act on a verified request promptly — typically within 24 hours. Send a notice including:

Rights-holders may request immediate removal of any specific newspaper. Verified requests are honoured the same day, after which the content is permanently disabled on our platform.
Use of the newspaper reference desk requires login, email verification, manual approval, and explicit acceptance of these terms. We record the IP address, date, time, browser and consent version of every access for accountability. We never sell or redistribute newspaper files, and access is limited to a single device per account.
Where an access fee is charged, it is a fee for the platform service only — account management, hosting, search-free curation, the daily organising of references and the technical access controls described above. No part of any fee is a sale, licence or resale of newspaper content, and we make no copyright claim over any publication. Paying for a pass grants a reader nothing more than a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to view references through this platform for their own study. It does not grant redistribution, republication, resale or any other right in the underlying work, and it does not create any licence between the reader and the publisher.
A paid pass does not weaken any of the controls on this page. Rights-holder takedowns are honoured in full and immediately regardless of whether readers have paid, and we do not offer refunds as a reason to delay a removal. Where a publisher provides an official source, we link readers to it in preference to serving any copy ourselves.
Subscribers may be given access to a private, unlisted archive page. That page is excluded from all search engines and archives, is reachable only on an unguessable URL that must additionally match the signed-in account, is rate limited, is individually watermarked with the subscriber's identity, and logs every view and download. These measures exist so that any redistribution can be traced to a single account and acted on. Redistribution is a breach of the acceptance each subscriber records before their first visit, and results in immediate termination without refund.
